For Japanese companies in India · Corporate Japanese training

Stop working through an interpreter.
Let your team and your Japanese staff talk directly.

“It does not get through.” “Waiting for the interpreter costs us time.” “Nobody here can teach Japanese.” We take those away with training built on only the Japanese your company actually uses at work.

What a language school in Japan structurally cannot do

We are an Indian company, so we can contract locally
and invoice in INR.

Contracting an online school based in Japan means hitting the same four walls every time.

  • Overseas remittance approvals
  • FX charges
  • A withholding-tax question
  • No agreement possible with an Indian entity

We are a company registered in India. To your purchasing and accounts team, we are simply one more domestic vendor.

This is not a general Japanese course.

Courses that start at lesson one of a textbook take about a year to become useful on the floor. We reverse the order — we start from the Japanese your site needs this week.

First, send us ten of your words

Ten Japanese words your team hears daily — dimensions, burr, yield, “by end of today”. What is needed differs completely by industry. Nothing clever required: the words your Japanese staff repeat all day are exactly right.

Then we build them into each lesson

Those words go into a curriculum based on Irodori (The Japan Foundation). In the lesson covering “please do this”, for example, the practice uses your words, not textbook ones.

And a Japanese teacher corrects it live

When to report and when to consult, how to open with a senior, the first words on a phone call. The parts a textbook cannot teach and an app cannot correct are fixed on the spot.

A local language school has no problem with contracts or invoices. But it rarely has a Japanese teacher on staff, and it cannot build the course around your work vocabulary. All four together only happen with an Indian company run by a Japanese national.

How it runs

  1. 1

One free trial lesson (60 minutes)

For 5–10 of your staff. Send us three Japanese words your team uses on the floor, and we will build the trial lesson around them.

  2. 2

Send us ten of your own words

Ten Japanese words your people hear every day. The last 15 minutes of each lesson is spent practising with them.

  3. 3

Ten lessons, twice a week, about five weeks

Fixed day and time on Zoom. After the tenth lesson we check what has been learned and send you a one-page report.

Price

₹45,000 / all 10 lessons (excl. tax)

  • 60 minutes × 10 lessons. Twice a week, about five weeks (day and time fixed around your working hours)
  • Same price for up to 10 participants. With 10 people that is ₹4,500 per person
  • Includes materials, building your own words into the course, and a progress report
  • Payment in advance. If you need internal approval, 50% before the first lesson and 50% before the sixth is fine
  • If you stop partway, we refund the unused lessons at ₹4,500 each

The length and the amount are fixed from the start, which makes the budget easy to approve internally. If you want to continue beyond the tenth lesson, we discuss it then.

Questions we are asked

Our work runs in English. Do we need this?
English runs the work. What it does not run smoothly is the exchange with the Japanese head office, and the fine detail of quality and deadlines. If “it should be fine” keeps turning into rework, the cause is language, not ability.
How much Japanese will our staff actually speak after ten lessons?

Without exaggeration, here is what ten lessons will and will not deliver.

WillGreet, give a simple report, and respond to instructions using set phrases
Will notHold free, open-ended conversation

But when these four work in Japanese, the number of moments that need an interpreter drops noticeably.

  • The morning greeting
  • Confirming quantity and deadline
  • “Please do this”
  • “I have done this”

Ten lessons are aimed exactly there.

How does the contract and invoice work?
The contracting party is MIRAI IJHR EDUVIA PVT LTD, a company registered in India (CIN U85491WB2025PTC284973). We invoice in INR as a domestic transaction. No overseas remittance approval, no FX charges, no withholding-tax question.
Who teaches?
Yasuhiro Hayashi, our founder, teaches personally. He is Japanese, set up this company in India himself, lives in Howrah and works with Indian staff every day — so he knows the frustration from both sides.
Does online work for this?
We run it on Zoom. With 5–10 people, each person speaks more than they would in a large in-person class. It works the same whether your site is in Delhi or Chennai, or whether several sites join together.
Our staff know no Japanese at all. Is that a problem?
The course is designed to start from zero. Explanations can be given in English and Hindi, so nobody gets stuck at the first step.
