- Updates are done by typing plain instructions to "Claude Code," an AI assistant. A subscription runs about $20/month.

- Hosting becomes free (Cloudflare Pages).

Stay on WordPress

I'm Yasuhiro Hayashi, based in India. For over 6 years I worked as a video editor specialising in clinics and private practices, producing YouTube videos for doctors across Japan. I've now set up MIRAI IJHR EDUVIA PVT LTD in India, and we build and renew clinic websites for practices in both Japan and India. Feel free to reach out anytime.
How it goes
Your current site stays untouched until the moment we switch
The real risk in a renewal isn't the design — it's breaking something during the move. Email stopping. Rankings vanishing. A booking system going dark. The whole process is built to prevent exactly that.
We ask first
Who controls your domain, whether email runs on it, what's connected — Google, social, booking systems. This conversation is what separates a clean migration from a disaster.
We build elsewhere
The new site goes up at a temporary address. Your live site keeps running exactly as it is.
You review it
You get a preview link that search engines can't index. We keep adjusting until you're happy.
We switch over
Done during quiet hours. We never touch your email settings. The old site stays available for about a week so we can revert instantly if needed.
We watch it
For one to two weeks afterwards we monitor indexing and rankings, and fix anything that moved.
What we commit to
- Your email will not stop. Mail settings are excluded from the migration entirely.
- Your search rankings are protected. We keep your URL structure and redirect anything that changes.
- The old site stays revertible for several days after the switch.
- Nothing goes live until you've signed off on it.
Questions
Before you ask
We're still under contract with our current agency.
That's normal — tell us when it ends and we'll plan the switch around it. We can build in parallel and go live the day you're free.
Will the design really change if we stay on WordPress?
Yes. We don't recolour your existing theme. We build the design fresh and rebuild it inside WordPress so it's editable — the visual result is the same on either route.
How much can we update ourselves afterwards?
Anything where the content changes — text, photos, news, hours. Adding new pages or changing layout is structural, and that comes back to us.
You're a Japanese-led company. Are you actually in India?
Yes. MIRAI IJHR EDUVIA is a registered Indian private limited company based in Howrah, West Bengal. We invoice in rupees, locally.
Our site has more than 50 pages.
Then we quote it individually. The plans above are built for sites up to roughly 28 pages — beyond that, per-page pricing stops making sense and we'd rather price it honestly.
