Why look at Japan?

Japan has one of the longest life expectancies in the world. India is facing a fast rise in lifestyle conditions. Many things shape these numbers — genes, healthcare, environment — but daily habits are the part you can change yourself.

The everyday pattern behind it

  • Rice, roti and fried snacks fill the plate — vegetables and protein get squeezed out.
  • Long hours at a desk or in a car. Very few steps in a normal day.
  • Health checks happen only when something already feels wrong.
  • One person cooks for the whole family, so one person's habits become everyone's.

Three Japanese habits we coach

Eat: balance, then portion

Japanese home meals follow "one soup, three sides" — a little of many things, with vegetables and protein on every tray — and "hara hachi bu": stop at 80% full. We adapt this to Indian food, not replace it.

Move: walking built into the day

In Japan, most activity is not the gym — it is walking to the station, taking stairs, and the 3-minute morning "Radio Taiso" exercise. We set a daily step goal that fits your life and raise it slowly.

Prevent: know your numbers

Japanese companies and towns run a yearly health check for everyone. We help you make that a habit too, and track weight, waist and steps every week so small changes are visible early.

Only from a Japanese family living in India

We are a Japanese family in India. These are the things we actually do at home — and share with you.

Radio Taiso, together

The 3-minute morning exercise almost everyone in Japan grows up with. Gentle, no equipment, any age — we do it together at the start of our regular group calls.

Our real grocery list

The everyday healthy staples our family actually orders on BigBasket and Blinkit. No guessing what to buy in India — just copy the list.

Weekly Japanese-style menus

Simple menus from our Japanese home kitchen, made with ingredients you can buy here. Small dishes, more vegetables, less oil.

How it works

  1. Step 1

    Free 15-minute intro call

On WhatsApp or video. We understand your routine, your food and your goals.

  2. Step 2

    Send meal photos

Snap what you eat. Your coach checks calories and nutrients and points out one thing to adjust.

  3. Step 3

    Log steps & weight

Share them in WhatsApp. You get a simple weekly chart of how you are doing.

  4. Step 4

    Weekly advice & group calls

A short personal note every week, regular group calls that start with Radio Taiso, and a monthly review to set the next small step.

Better as a family

Habits are shared at the dining table. With the family plan, up to 4 members are coached together — including the person who cooks — so changes stick at home instead of fighting them.

Already seeing a doctor?

We help you turn your doctor's advice into daily habits. We do not diagnose, treat or prescribe, and we never ask you to change your medicines. For any medical condition, your doctor stays in charge.
